Oh, this story starts with wanting more flavor to a delicious turkey burger. There’s apple wood smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, so much flavor in the meat, cheese, the bun, but none in the pickles. Why can’t the pickles be spicy? Heck, they could be spicy with honey. Oh! They could be spicy with a hint of alcohol and lime. Why not? With no reason to say no, we learned how to make the pickles that add extra spice and flavor to burgers, egg salad, relish, sandwiches, etc.
